Christmas!

The Herd was up bright and early on Christmas morning to prepare and serve breakfast for the folks at Sarah's Hope. Then the children were in for a big treat as Santa Claus arrived to meet each child and help give out the gifts.
Making yummy cookies and beautiful holiday ornaments!

​The children of all ages at Sarah's Hope got the opportunity to create holiday cookies at one station and tree ornaments at a second station. There were some very creative kids there and everyone had loads of fun.
Pre-Thanksgiving Breakfast

It was chicken and waffles and many other delicious items prepared and served up by The Herd. It was the biggest bunch of volunteers ever, and no one went home hungry.
EASTER!!

As the children were eating breakfast, the Easter Bunny (now who would that be?) quietly snuck into the activities room. After breakfast each child (and parent) gave ol' EB a big hug.
Mother's Day!

​After breakfast, the children headed over to the activities room where tables full of colored paper, markers, and sparkling shiny stickers and hearts awaited. The children then pulled from their creative sides and made beautiful cards. For who? Their moms of course!

​Summer cookout for the women and children of Sarah's Hope in West Baltimore. As one of the girls was shouting (between the water balloons and the line dancing) " This is the BEST DAY EVER! Toys, crabs, desserts, dancing. The BEST DAY EVER!"
